How do I schedule a ride?

Rides must be scheduled in advance. You can request a ride through our website or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip so we can plan your pickup time.

What areas do you serve?

Premier Passage provides local transportation within 10 miles of the Dacula, Hamilton Mill and surrounding communities.

If you're unsure whether your location is within our service area, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

What types of trips can I book?

We provide transportation for many everyday needs, including:

Will the driver help me in and out of the vehicle?

Yes. Our drivers provide basic assistance getting in and out of the vehicle and help make sure you are safely picked up and dropped off at your destination.

Can I schedule a round-trip ride?

Yes. If you already know your appointment time, you can schedule both your drop-off and return trip at the same time.

If you are unsure what time your appointment will finish, you can schedule a separate pickup ride later.

How is Premier Passage different from rideshare services like Uber or Lyft?

Premier Passage is not an on-demand rideshare service. All rides are scheduled in advance, allowing us to provide dependable transportation, personal assistance when needed, and a more comfortable experience designed specifically for seniors and their families.

Do you accept insurance or Medicare?

Premier Passage is a private transportation service, so we do not bill insurance or Medicare. Payment is made directly when booking your ride.
